Gary Paret - President/Broker Actively involved in real estate sales since July 1986, Gary purchased a 42-year-old established real estate company in 1992 and hasn't looked back. Gary has been a licensed broker since 1990. Raised in a rural setting just east of Tillsonburg, Gary, his wife Janice, and daughter Rachel, now reside just blocks from the center of town. Kim Burley - Senior Administrator Kim has been with Coldwell Banker – G. R. Paret Realty as the Senior Office Administrator since July of 2000. Although born and raised in Toronto, Kim and her husband, Bill, moved to Tillsonburg in 1993. John G. Gilvesy - Broker Born and raised on the local family farm, John came to appreciate location and importance of the land at a very early age. At the age of 16, John spent his summers actively involved in the building construction business...starting at the bottom and moving up. After studying civil engineering and obtaining his MBA, John became a project engineer and property manager at the family construction and development company. In 1993, John started his own real estate consulting business and in 1994 became a licensed real estate sales representative with Coldwell Banker. In his short sales career, John achieved International President's status. John is President of the Tillsonburg Real Estate Board, past president of the rotary Club of Tillsonburg. John is committed to providing the ultimate as a full service real estate broker. Vane Chute - Sales Representative Vane was a lifelong resident of Vienna Ontario before moving to Tillsonburg on January 1, 2002. In 1961 he married Carol and together they have 6 children Terry, Tracey, Teresa, Troy, Marianne and Justin. He was in farming from 1967 - 2002 and was also in the Farm Tile Drainage business for 12 years. Vane entered into real estate in 1987 working for Hogarth Realty for 3 - 4 years before joining the Coldwell Banker team. Vane was also an active member in the Bayham Township council serving all positions with dedication for 17 years including Councilor from 1972 - 1974 and 1983 - 1985, Deputy Reev from 1986 - 1988, Reev from 1989 - 1997 and Warden of the county of Elgin from 1994 - 1995, Throughout his time in council Vane did a lot of volunteer work in the community. He also was an active member in his church, the Vienna United Church, teaching Sunday School and supporting the board of Stewarts until he moved in 2002. He and his wife Carol now attend the St. Pauls United church here in Tillsonburg. Urbain Corneillie - Sales Representative Urbain has lived in the Tillsonburg and surrounding area since 1960. He was involved for ten years in the community as a minor hockey coach and manager at the junior level. For 15 years he was a volunteer fireman. Urbain has been involved in the farming community most of his life. A licenced real estate agent since 1980, Urbain is active in farm, residential and commercial real estate. Robert Koppert - Sales Representative Rob started his career in real estate in 2006 after being involved in agriculture for 20+ years, 10 years as a sales representative. He has constructed several houses as well as barns over the last 10 years. He believes that the only way to do justice to a career in real estate is to be a full-time sales representative. Rob, his wife Lisa and their 4 children live just south of Otterville in Oxford County. Anne Cox - Sales Representative Dave and Anne bring 50 plus years of combined experience in the real estate industry and enjoy working together as a 'HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM'. Anne worked in the administration field at Georgian College Barrie Campus and Owen Sound Campus. Anne also enjoys cooking, entertaining and is involved in volunteer work in the community. They have two children, Jane and John, who also live in the area. Dave and Anne relocated to the adult lifestyle community of Hickory Hills in 2008. They looked for a number of years throughout Southern Ontario for a place to relocate and found Tillsonburg to be the best place to call home. Clayton Tokarz - Sales Representative Clayton was born and raised in Oxford County. He has been an area resident all his life and currently resides just outside the village of Norwich. Clayton is a graduate of Conestoga College with a Diploma in Accounting. He is very active in community groups. Clayton has been a member of the local Optimist Club since it chartered in 1991, as well as being a founding member of the local KidSport chapter in 2005, of which he is also an executive member. Clayton started his career in sales in 1985 working for Henderson Recreation, a local playground manufacturer. With a keen interest in different home styles, and a talent for dealing with people, Clayton began his real estate career in 2005 with Coldwell Banker - G.R. Paret Realty Ltd. Steve Mayorcsak - Sales Representative Steve moved to Tillsonburg, when he was just 3 years old, from Port Colburn. He now resides on Potters Road with his wife Helen of 53 years. Together, they have 2 daughters, Cynthia married to Ken Smith and Dianne married to Eddie Deloose. Steve also has 3 grandchildren, Lyndsay, Paul & Trisha, all of which are in University. Steve has been serving the Tillsonburg community in real estate for 40 years. He looks forward to continuing to help serve his customers in the future. Christie Dalby - Sales Representative Christie was born in Norfolk Virginia at the Naval Hospital and raised in rural Michigan. Christie is a graduate of Davenport Business College with a diploma in Business Management and Accounting. She then re-located to Tillsonburg in July of 1983 after marrying her husband Jim. Christie and Jim have been married for 25 years and together they have 3 weener dogs, Ceacer, Lacee and Rocky. After working in various factories in the area, including Ford, Christie decided to try her hand at real estate and hasn't looked back. Melanie McBride - Sales Representative Melanie brings over 20 years of real estate sales and marketing experience to Coldwell Banker. Melanie has returned to the Tillsonburg Real Estate Board from a sabbatical where she consulted on and implemented technological systems to real estate boards across Canada, the United States and the Caribbean and personally trained thousands of real estate professionals on the many uses of these systems. Lisa Stockmans - Sales Representative Lisa graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts (Visual Arts) degree. Lisa has lived in Delhi since 1984. She was born and raised on the farm and continues to farm with her husband, Ted, and four children: Megan, Julia, Kevin and Dylan. Lisa belongs to the Delhi parish, Our Lady Queen of Martyrs. Lisa is also involved with special needs children and volunteers as a board member on the Special Education Advisory Council (S.E.A.C.) for the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board. Vanessa Rockefeller - Sales Representative Vanessa graduated from the University of Western Ontario (1997) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography. Vanessa was born and raised on a tobacco farm in Tillsonburg and then moved to Courtland where her parents still reside. Now, back in Tillsonburg for the last 10 years with her husband and 2 children, she is an active memeber in the community and involved with her children's activites and clubs; Martial Arts Canada and the Tillsonburg Skating Club. Vanessa is a member of the Public Relations and Finance Committees of the Tillsonburg Real Estate Board. She is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce. During her free time she volunteers at her children's school and enjoys competetive distance running.
